Author help needed with gsi factory alarm

when i deadlock the car the little led flashes straight away and once opened it flashes once anyone know what one flash means as this is also stopping my cat 1 cobra working (as also picking up this fault) will lock though factory one is sounding in middle of night etc and need to know what it is so i can use the cobra cheers for any help
