I feel well sick this morning, thought I was going to hurl on the coach on the way into work.

Anyone else feel sick for no reason sometimes?

Had a bacon sarnie and some water but I still feel like shit. Think it might be lack of sleep. (5 hours last night).

i've been signed off on the sick anyway by the Dr coz i pulled my back and i'm in agony most of the day

OMG - I pulled my back aswell yesterday.....its fookin killing me and I got no idea how I done it I had to wear one of those neck braces last night

its a pain in the ass! can't sleep properly coz of the pain, cant move a lot either without shouting "BASTARDDD!!" in pain

Dr's said theres not a lot they can do n just signed me off sick til the 19th with sum tablets to take. i didnt feel fit to work tho, i work on the 3rd floor n when it 1st started it took me 15 mins to get up the stairs lol

get to the Dr's n tell them u think ur unfit for work, tell them what u do and add that ur lifting stuff n ur scared of making it worse. they shud sign u off sick for a few days
