Here we go, another case of ignorance!
people living on permanat sites do pay council tax and rent and high electricity costs! The carn't get insirance for their caravans as their not seen as a permanat address by insurance companies! Cars are easy insure properly for those living on sites and to the best of my knowledge they do insure their cars and vans!
Most don't pay national insurance and tax coz they carn't get jobs, you put No Fixed Address or caravan site on a application and it gets put straight in the bin! So yes, allot don't work! Mainly because of this or because if they do then they carn't afford to pay the rent and feed their children!
