Still have the original manifold and was wondering how people went from there? have been told powerflow could make one, any where else?

ascar at sheffield or powerflow at doncaster are fairly close as your a nottinghamshire lad

i cut the flange off on the downpipe. then got a flexi to fit inbetweet the downpipe and original system. most corsa gsi systems should then fit aslong as you have some 1 3/4" pipe coming out of the flexi.
i went for a jetex stainless system, mine is also decat'ed.

alternatively get a custom system made up, i would avoid powerflow though as they use low grade stainless that corrodes.

was told that a gsi corsa exhaust with an adaptor pipe would be fine to link onto the 2.0lt manifold,would this be ok or cause restriction with the reduction in bore size?

powerflow dont do manifolds, i bought a magnex 4-1 of ebay, and getting a full S/S system from the manifold to the backbox fitted.
