How do you get the yellowy, browny crap thats left on your wheels/trims?

I have wheel trims, and hen i wash them i can get tthe black stuff off them, but they're stained with a browny colour stain.

The brown crap on your wheels is where the laquer has burnt in with the brake dust under high temperatures - you need new hub-caps to sort that problem
