I quite like the KA. I would offer her some cash for it, if she won't take it then buy her something like a new bathroom or something. I personally would feel a bit sly taking a 4k car off some old dear.

right yes it is a old design engine but with injectors slapped on

its a solid engine
car itself is quite nippy
handlels really well

my x girlfriend drives a ka, nice cars, reliable engine, bit pokey, good on petrol, quiet, and cheap tax an insurance!

id say take it, and organise a garden party or summin to say thankyou, and unveil a new bench u got her with an engraved thankyou note from you to her. sounds like a good option?

she usually comes round for christmas each year too, so could sort something for then or just build up a bench with my grandad for her (he has the tools)

wouldnt mind it like, but still feel I'd be robbing her...
