Cut splitter in half

Offer half up to bumper

trim the side of the splitter, if it needs to flex more in the corner, then make a couple of cuts in the splitter

trial fit the splitter to the bumper

do the same with the other half

mark the overlap point, remove halves from car and trim to the point.

refit.

whre do u mean overlap points? as for the self tappers aswell the bumper doesnt fold round and have a flat enough bottom for that i dont think, neither does the splitter unless i fit the splitter upside down

The Seat splitter will be a different length than the Corsa bumper, so you'll need to reduce it's length.
By cutting in the middle and mounting from the ends towards the middle, you'll end up with an overlap that needs to be removed.

The post 97 bumper has a rubber "splitter" that you could bond the seat item to, using Tigerseal or sikaflex (apparently Marine grade is good), or if there's any return lip, use self tappers.
