im looking to sell the 1.2 LS and buy either a 1.4 sri or a 1.4 sport?
which one is best? whats one got that the other hasnt?

sum sri's are 8v sum 16v, my sport has electrics and my mate has an sri which dusnt

want elec windows and central locking
sun roof or air con would be a bonus

Central locking is standard on both, electric windows and mirrors optional on SRi but standard on Sport.

Sunroof optional on both.

Air con standard on later Sports.

idealy wanna buy standard as i like to do things myself
ive got some good insurance quotes on both
what can i get for my money?

£2500 will get you either.

Insurance is group 6 on both.

whats you opinion ian? SRi or sport?
do they have the same engines as id want a 16v model in both
i heard the 8v is faster than the 16v cuz the 16v is ecotec?
i want one with good fuel economy but tuneable too

get a 96/97 sport mate. they come only i 16v and the 16v is much faster that the 8v. with mine i got c/l p/s e/w/ e/h/m sunroof cd player
