Smoothing scuttle panel taken me like 5 hours just to smooth it 


And my snap off steering wheel , still aint wired up the horn,

please tell me u havnt just used P38 to smooth ur scuttle - if so theres no point painting it as it will last all of 3 days

Shoulnt do. my old splitter was P38 onto the bumper, no cracks there.

u need to use a fibreglass kit for that - smooth it from the underneath using proper glass and resing - then fill the holes from above with p40 - then just a skim of the easy sand p38 - wont crack at all then
Dont bother painting that one yet - was gonna suggest Chop strand matt (Glass) on the bottom butIm assumin uve used shedloads of p38 - in which case start again

Yep used a whole £8.99 tub lol I might aswell spray it see what happens

drew did mine like that took him just ova a week of constant graft, has turned out very well and was happy with it, have got t for sale if any1 is interested
