Yeah a pillar drill, didnt mention that, it helps get a vertical hole in the cap and the cap automatically centres on the drill bit.
Yeah ya crazy man, cooking and freezing ya idler pulleys, i know why though, lol, good work

didnt have the tool for the circlips thing... tryed using a long nose pilers and nearly took me head off
