I've come up with a solution for hostages and countries trying to free them.
With the current situation, they should have taken 6 prisoners of terrorism from jails. And for each of our hostages they kill, we kill 2 of their prisoners. They would think again then....

Thats not really a solution is it, more of a good way to heighten terrorism in the US and UK and increase what threat there is already to us all.
Anyway, they don't really give a toss about the prisoners we hold, they're just after the publicity and to promote their name by carrying out barbaric acts like what we saw earlier.

There is no way around it other than to heighten security measures but more importantly everyone's own security awareness.
You can't give into them as there would be an influx of hostage takings and you can't do what they do or their would be massive civil unrest and probably 1000% more muslims that would be inclined to join the Jihad.
