I was with elephant about 3/4 years ago and their service is crap! They don't help if you have an accident and it took me many phone calls and shouting matches to get my no claims back!

try Vauxhall or Churchill........these are always the cheapest for me. I'm with Vaux at the minute, 19 years old, 1 NCB, and I'm paying £1000.
Just done a quick quote for next year and is coming out around 750 with Vaux and 730 with churchill
