I have had a problem with my central locking. It went through phases where it only worked when it wanted to. One week it didn't lock the doors but did the boot and the filler cap. Then it would work properly again, then about a week later the whole thing cut off. Now i have to do everything manually, i have had to disconnect the solenoid for the fuel so i can get in it. I cant set the alarm or anything.
Does anybody have any ideas what may have caused this? Please Help

mechanisms may be sticking which would mean stripping them down and freeing them
either that or something daft like battery in your fob

might be your solenoids
this has happened to mine, gotta open the doors with my key now, alarm stil works tho 
so annoyin innit

Yeah it pisses me off, the only things is i can't hear any other mechanisms working the whole locking and alarm system is dead. I'm hoping its just a relay cos thats quite easy to replace, if not looks like its going to have to go in the garage? Noooooooo

my central locking dont work on my other car gonna have to get it sorted very soon
