You have to set the 'hardware acceleration' of your graphics card to 'None' in order for print screen to work. This can be done in the settings section of Windows Media Player.
It's because with the accel enabled the graphics card is actually overlaying the video over the top of your desktop and so windows just sees a black empty space...

No it doesn't.
Anyway I just use the capture thing on PowerDVD, works fine.

if u cant do it, do it the blonde girls way. Just put ur monitor on top of a scanner and scan it lol
