how the hell do you replace the main headlight bulbs

ive been trying now for 1hr

so far ive opened the bonnet and tried to get the c**ts out the back.

is this the right way??????????

Haynes manual!

They do come out the back you have to turn it anti clockwise i think need to depress some clips. then pull it out
