Just to let you know without going into too much detail...

I use Paypal alot and have never really kept tabs on my account.

Checked my account on saturday and paypal have duplicated every transaction from my account for the last month.

I now have to go into my bank tomorrow and fill out a claims form for the monies they have 'Stolen' from my account

Is this classed as Fraud, as i never gave them permission to take all the money out of my account?

I know they are duplicates, but Paypal hasn't realised this yet as they haven't put anything back into my account

Paypal seems to be a big waste of time and money

I had a problem with a payment in July, i called them and ended up talking to some woman in America, who didnt have a fucking clue what she was doing!

Im shutting my halifax account down anyway because ever since ive turned 18, it feels like the Halifax just want me to get no end of credit cards, over drafts etc.

There customer service is absolute shite as well.

Do not go with the Halifax, ive had nothing but shite off them since my 18th bday in June.

Seriously, i would even barracade the Halifax doors to stop you going in and opening an account

Go with Lloyds, or the Woolwich

Savings accounts they are fine with, its when you ask them to do more than one thing a day, like have money go in .... then take money out... that they find hard

I know i work for them so could be seen as being biased towards them but from what i hear lloyds tsb are the best bank for customer service and things like internet banking and that is much better
