My car has recently started cutting out when the revs are low when im not driving, like stopped at a junction or that.

Having trouble starting it too.

Engine man light aint coming on.. ( yet )

Could this be the idle control valve??

If so, much do you think a new one is? or is there another way?

I had similar problem was driving along and it cut out and also coming up to junctions with no EM light on then wudnt start again for a while. turned out to be crank shaft sensor

or poss coolant temp sensor or possible lambda sensor or possibly any other to do with your engine, the list just goes on.

Fixed it..... just swapped the throttle Body and thats done the trick.

Was prob the ICV.
