With the amount of PCs at work now, its time for us to get a Small Business Server 2003, but i was wondering, if i bought Microsoft Office 2003 for example, would i have to buy a license for each pc that is using it?

yes you will need...
Office License for each client PC
Also a Client Access License for each PC connected to the Windows SBS 2003...
Usually 2003 SBS comes with 5 or 15 CLI's, I can't remember rightly, but you will need to purchase how ever many more CLI's for how ever many extra PC's go over that quota

Yes, it does come with 5 License's for each PC that is connected to the Server.
Its gonna be about 5k to get around 20-22 PCs linked up to it legally.
Money scamming bastads
It needs to be done though, we got 20 PCs all networked (split into 4 work groups) with 3 snap servers.
