they say this about the south west all teh time , they seized 8 cars at a weston cruise 2 years ago and gave the cars back in the end.

Hmmmmm well shouldn't the driver have already notified their insurance of any modifications in the 1st place As if you dont your insurance can be void. What a stupid statement by the police

Yes Teville Gate is a problem but to be honest drunk pricks out in Worthing is a bigger problem yet people wont have to pay more for beer or be banned from drinking. Some of the cars are a great laugh to look at though

im guessing it means more along the lines, as if your caught making an offence and your car is modified they would insure the company, and say making higher premiums because of making an offence...if that made sense
