All the top clubs in effect buy the league, if its not the transfer fees its the wages bill that the smaller clubs can not keep up with, can't see bolton paying 50,000+ to a player

please can tell how arsenal have made big signings?

REYES apart arsenal do not spend double figures on player i.e chelsea and manu - rio,roony,ruud,veron?

wenger buys younger players quite cheap and turns them into world class players for example viera/toure/freddie i could go on and on.......
