Should have my irmscher front splitter fitted by this weekend (courtesy of Vauxhall ).

The thing is I asked the bloke if he was going to spray the front bumper as well (to get the best colour match) and he said he wasn't. This worries me somewhat.

it's a silver car and im worried that it will be a different shade!

Anyone have any experience of getting things sprayed from Vauxhall before?

With things like Irmscher splitters the whole front don't really need spraying, if it was a door they would blend it into the sides of the car, or a bonnet would be blended into wings etc, but in your case it shouldnt matter. The match on the bits i did was ok wasn't it ? Their colour should be the same as mine

Just rang them up and asked another bloke, he quoted me £140 all in for spraying and fitting.

thats down from £220, not a bad saving If i ring up again i might be able to get it under £100
