its fine. people like fiasal bhatti who is the no1 in the company are goin mad cos it doesn't suit there style of selling (quality not quantity)
not noticed a huge drop in my wages tbh. some weeks i've earnt more than before
phones 4 u commision structure is a load of bollocks simple as. they ask too much & only reward you if you hit 100% of ALL your targets

we have to sell 10 homecall and 2 have to be broadband connections if we don't do that we loose all our commision for that month. also if we want our loyalty pot we have to sell 15 homecall and 3 broadband and pray to god we don't get a claw back

ducky- start looking now!!!
do you really think that people are going to want to listen to you go through the whole sale routine on a call plan for their home telephone when in a busy town/city centre whilst christmas shopping? your whole comission depends on it. you could make nothing this peak season!!!
i'd be thinking about leaving now!!!

use the meeting profile, as this will set the volume to 0 and it is easier then putting vol up and down. jst go settings>profiles>select profile>meeting this should then turn of the cam sound. Apparantly on newer firmware versions it is impossible to turn off the cam sound though, also some country specific models can't turn the sound off.

So is there an upgrade you can do for the K700i that sorts the camera noise bug then?
How would you go about updating ur mobile with this new software or whatever?
