Yes, get him to send you the cheque, take it to the bank, cash it and cut off all contact with the buyer until the bank has confirmed the money is in your account.

unfortunatly low life he may be but there's two things if i take his money he has my address and two if i did take his money that would make me a thief and i wont do that, even if he is a scammer.

It's a con. You pay the shipper and then you'll find that his money in you account gets recalled, and you're left out of pocket by the shipping costs.

FFS you're so lame. What's he going to do?

All you do is pay the money into your account.
Get the bank to confirm that the money is in there and that it is all legal and not likely to be recalled.
If you're worried, open a new account or something then withdraw and close the account.

If you get emails from him, just say your bank is being very slow in processing payments, or basically just be crap at getting back to him. Leave it a couple of days between emails and when he asks questions, always avoid the subject - answering other questions instead.

Where have you advertised the interior for them to pick up your email?

It pisses me off when gimps like you are too fucking pussy to just fleece them for whatever they're happy to send you

My mate had an email like that when he was selling his motocross bike.

The bloke offered £500 more than he was asking and said he would also send £2000 for shipping costs ect... a total of £6000 for a £3500 bike
Anyway my mate said yes but only after the cheque had cleared ect... 3 weeks later he still had'nt heard from the bloke or seen the cheque so he re-listed the bike on ebay and sold it to some bloke in essex. About a week later a cheque for 6K turns up in the post

It bounced

Exactly.

If it doesn't and for some reason the bank doesn't recall it, you're quids in!
