Its not that one. Look up mannix on ebay. They are a brilliant design and for the money cannot be faulted. I have spoken to the guy on the phone and ive spoken to a few people who have these installed, and they have nothing poor to say about them.
All i would suggest is getting a siren upgrade with battery backup with it.

Central locking control is optional on all alarms, tis just an extra two wires.
Any electrician with a haynes manual can install them. Take 1-2 hours and labour shouldnt cost more than £40 - £60, but if you want the remote start hooked up ect it may cost more.
Its designed more for the hobbyists. Email the guy to see if their is an authourised fitted in your area.

Are all the parts for the remote start and central locking included in that item tho? Are u just saying that it will cost more labour to get em hooked up?
Mite as well get it all working if I goin to the expense of gettin 1....
What do u call the sensor that makes a noise if u move too close to the car?
Thanks for the help

Thats called a proximity sensor mate (microwave). On this alarm i dont think it has an early warning input so basically if someone gets too close it will set off the alarm. Bit of a shitter but hey. Im not totally sure on that tho, so it may be best to contact the seller.
The remote start needs more labour and maybe an extra relay
