Erm, id be careful. Havent seen anything like that before but it could well be another scam. If in doubt, steer clear.

i had someone for south africa buy something, and they wanted to pay by some dodgy sounding thing, and post when it was cleared, but in the end i got him to send a bank draft. so he was genuine after all

happened to a mate of mine, about ten days later turned out to be credit card fraud
