does anyone know that if you have coilovers, do you have to take the wheels off to ajust the ride height or can they be ajusted with the wheels on

ok so damping (soft to hard) take wheels off and height adjusting wheels on....

the rears on mine are a pain in the gee to adjust without taking the rear suspension appart.... theres to much tension with the springs in place...
ya can lower the front with the wheels on depending how low ya wanna go.
this is probably on on my car though cause it seems to have a mind of its own
