It accepts PC2100 so it should be backwardly compatible

P.S If your buying a crappy sempron check this out: Motherboard kit
You can chuck your RAM on also (Dont quote me on the different types working together!) to make mega loadsa RAM

Not sure buddy, i Know a mate bought a sempron and the actual socket is different, I know nothing about it really, it kinda appeared from nowhere to me

it supports DDR so there's no way its backwards compatible, that board will only take DDR, so there's no way you will pc133 in it no matter how hard u try!

You don't know much about computers
It's DDR 266 memory you need. Your Athlon XP 2000+ chip should work fine.
