What I said ages ago ^^^^

They are fairly cheap, its either that or Lamba sensor...

Lambda/o2 sensor is fairly Expensive though £89 from vauxhall...
seen some universal ones on web at £30... dunno if any good or compatable though

right had my emissions test, and a tech test done, its running PERFECTLY as far as they can tell, from cold and warm. Also he cudnt see any leaks anywhere...

What else could it be??

injector seals, if its not overfueling but smells of fuel there is a leak somewhere, you wont be able to see the injectors leaking without taking off the top inlet

Have you checked the connections on the fuel filter and state of fuel hoses ?
