Whats the easiest and cheapest way to tune up a 1.6 corsa.

inlet manifold, exhaust manifold, full system, hi-flow cat, cams, port and polish head

Sell it and buy something faster. Easier and cheaper. It's what I done.

I'm tuning my 1.6. Depends what you mean by cheap really.....mantzel inlet manifold is probably the best performance gain for the price. around £500 ish and about 20 Bhp they say.

Just fit a throttle body/management kit for 160+ bhp with no other mods.

Uni chip, mantzel, full exhaust and cams.

how much will i pay for a uni-chip and how much extra bhp will i get?

around £500 for the chip and gains of about 10 bhp and some torque

basic TB kit then build on that with headwork, cams etc
