can someone please tell me their opinion
i dont want to do any archwork - i have speedline allesio's 16"
1.6 sport model.
the front bumper is bout 60mm from floor now on standard suspension.
is spax best make to go with?
any help??

i have a 60mm drop on my 45mm offset 16s and its fine, no scrubbing even with ppl in the back.

cos mine the 1.6 its got a heavier engine than other model and im worried this will cause me problems.
what kit is it?

your right about the engine being heavier because i still get some scrubbing at the front on my 1.6 sport and its only lowered 40mm on gmax kit, wheels are 16" and et 45, when i had it lowered 60mm it was barely driveable......My back is fine and could go 60mm+ i always thought that there was uppose to be more room at the front?

i would go 40mm.

40mm for handling and comfort

60mm for looks only

ive had the pleasure of g-max 40mm and 60mm and the ride feels exactly the same no difference, thats shocks and springs

Eibach 35mm springs.

H&R or Eibach+black billies for a confortable ride(-35 mm)

I would go for the 40mm drop, will give your car the looks and the handling, where as the 60mm will only give you the looks and sum scary handling

Best springs =H&R or Eibach
best dampers Bilstein, Koni
Best coilovers =KW

The Koni Kit if it's an original one has Vogtland springs which are softer than Eibach ones

where can i get a koni suspsension kit then>> i live bout 15 miles from demon tweekes but its too expensive there.
how much should i expect to pay for fittin??
