gees, thats gd. I got 125 miles from half a tank on my SRi. but yours was motorway driving, mine was just normal driving...

This is cruel. I get 220-250 out of a tank with my Redtop

Think some of you's must be running a little lean with some of those figures

420 to a tank in a GSi WTF

Still hard to believe... 420 miles, full tank and GSi in same sentance...

Most I ever had on my 1.2 16V was 330 and that was taking it steady...
Changing the CTS on my valver to see if I can get some improvement on the 220 to a tank ive had since the conversion.

Well my other half covered 150 miles and used 1/4 of a tank from Full you always get more at the top anyhow.

Bearing in mind i was skint and needed every drop - 2k gear changed and bearing in mind that 60mph is under 3k - then 400 miles from a 42l GSi is possible.

I'd get your mileometer checked bud unless its running so lean its near fresh air...

Yep the first half a tank always holds more - she managed 150 to the first 1/4 so if she drives careful like me she could be on for 350+ mile tank.

I drove like miss daisy the whole way so i think the actual mileage was 408 to be totally honest i just went and checked it

think yourselves lucky i have a cally turbo with a 65 litre tank corsa's are 40? iirc it cost about £57 in optimax and i cant get anywhere near 300 miles to a tank!

i wnbet from luton to wigan on just under half a tank did about 80 all the way. its about 180-200miles.

but normally to half a tank i get around 100-130
