aol accounts think work on POP...so you can do those straight into outlook. However, only outlook express has direct links to hotmail....but i think they have stopped that

Only way for hotmail, is to download hotmail popper (not free...but you can get it like that ) which basically runs in between outlook and hotmail and it does all the work of accessing the webpages etc and gives you the emails to you in standard pop box format - if you know what i mean

well type in the aol pop/smtp settings mate

however, if its like one of the webased aol accounts...then there is software out there like hotmail popper to bridge the gap etc

FreePops - is an all in one, does aol, hotmail and other free email accounts etc.

IzyMail - is another, but you have to pay i think

few more >> HERE <<

aye i thought they did this...in which case you need a little program that runs to bridge the gap...so i use hotmail popper because i only have a hotmail account (others i can access via typical pop addresses etc). But like i said, there are a few programs out there that will do a number of the free web based email accounts like the one i have said
