well woke up this morn and felt like utter shite, ive got a shitty cold, then 2 hours l8er my body desides to give up trying to digest food properly and ive got the shits didnt feel like any dinner so i picked at it, all in all not a very good day

I had same sort of thing yesterday, woke up and threw up about 20 times, had a headache all day 2day and no energy at all i didnt eat much either
