An 'Exhibition' road to encourage drivers to make eye contact with pedestrians to see who will have right of way..
Speed limit reduced to 20mph as any faster and it will be impossible to establish eyecontact! lol
can't believe this rubbish...

it was on the news for a local village earlier this year

wtf im sorry but i pay ROADTAX and if im driving on any road whether it be marked out with paint, kerbs or what ever I will have right of way in my car
I dont walk down the middle of the road because i dont pay roadtax on my flamin feet, and i obviously dont want to die!!!

think the only time that you woyld amke eye contact with a pedestrian is when they bounce off your bonnet

incorrect, if ur turning into a junction, and a pedestrian has already stepped off the kerb to cross the road, u must stop for them as they have right of way

Pedestrians have a right of way over motor vehicles though.

its worked in amsterdam so why not try it over here, personally if there are no road markings I always drive slower subconsciously

I think theres too much white paint etc on the roads now anyway, know of a few roads where they put so many lines down it actually makes driving more difficult.
