I can say what I like mate to be honest. You've successfully managed to fuck up parts of my car which I now have do get redone. You screwed me around for a total of 2 months with excuses like "the weather is making your arches go weird" and "the paint is having a bad reaction to whatever blaballababla".

To be honest you're lucky I'm being quite casual with it all. Don't get me wrong I still want my money back but it's not like I'm knocking on your door with a bat and some mates is it.
