there shit cars, buy the AX GT much more to choose from and cheap as chips for parts

i just scrapped a K plate 6months ago will keep an eye out for any tho my mate buys and sells all sorts of rovers

the metro gti k-series are fuckin quick though.ideal start for the track mate

not writing off the ax though would still defo take 1 of them aslong as it was a 3 door

k-series 1.4 16v engine you find in all rovers from 1990 on fairly quick yes.. reliable no.. water pumps ,head gaskets, valve stem oil seals, crankshaft oil seals, alternators, starters hydrolastic fluid set up all fuck up at some point and when they do it's not just one thing it's usually 2-3 things at once..

imho dont go for a rover unless you plan to change the engine for something more reliable

ax gt or something will go for the same amount of cash... and they are more reliable than the metro
