has anyone ever claimed the council for damage to alloy wheels by a pot hole???

i wrecked 2 of my wheels tonight when i hit 1

someone at my dads work succesfully claimed, butonly because it had been reported so many times that it was seen they should have had time to fix it,

need to try tho

a run wi ma mate has cost me 500 quid

ave also bn advised to claim against the gritter truck as it has damged my car aswell

Can you claim for kerbs being too high Kerbed one of mine on Sat Was trying to get into the kerb as far as pos so some fucker didn't give me a nice car park door dent Never got one of those but my alloy now has a nice mark on.

Ford will just try and sell me a new wheel and tyre for near £200. It can stay kerbed at that price.

Make sure you take smoe picture on a camera with a date set it before you report it, i hot a pot hole and buckled my front alloy and split my rear tyre, so i phoned them up on the night it happened and weent to take some pictures the next day and they had filled it x
