Used 4x4 system from Calibra Turbo.
Increased front track with of corsa so that it is the same as the calibras. (as using calibra driveshafts all round)
Removed steering rack & refitted 30mm higher up bulkhead so as to clear transferbox. Still very tight though.
Fabricated new lower crossmember to accept rear gearbox mount.
Rear- cut original corsa floor pan out to behind front seats. Weld in Calibra floor pan to mount original calibra independant rear suspension & diff. Petrol tank fabricated in boot.
Prop shaft shortened by 180mm. (taken from the the third section of the shaft at the rear diff end).
Alot of work and if your going to pay somone to do the work i wouldent like to see your bill at the end as its a matter of cuting testing cutting testing etc etc
Think Cossvaux quoted a Kid £20,000 to build one on a Phs 3.5 kit around a 320bhp engine....
i am also not sure weather a Z20LET will take a F28 gearbox, as they use hydrolic setup, never worked on one, only know from Corsa B and C20LET's.

Limited Slip Diff for about £500
BUT again running so much power threw a FWD car is going to get traction problems no matter what u do
