Not for me, for the old dear, so all she needs is the most bog standard ADSL package preferably one where they supply modem free of charge.

wanadoo £17.99 per month free everything...

I am on it and no problems..never goes wrong or cuts off etc

I've got BT (home) and Wanadoo (flat) but just laterly BT have been fecking with the lines so keep getting cut off on both BT and Wanadoo.
