Is it possible to upgrade the standard 1.2 LS Suspension to the standard GSI suspension, if so is it a straight swap and what parts will go across?

Springs & Shocks/Dampers (front & rear?), ARB (front & rear or just front?), what other parts?

cool!
will swapping the ARB's along with adding aftermarket coilovers improve the handling, as well as adding a front strutbrace then?
