my car has all the lil tricks that Anup put in there..
KKK26 race turbo
cams
Phase 2 EDS
8.1 L intercooler
zorst system
etc
etc
had it rollin roaded ages ago and it hit 230bhp but that was BEFORE i found the switchable boost button.. it was runnin 10psi when it Hit 230bhp
with the boost on high it runs at 15psi.. which should make it 280bhp as it says on the tin..
i want more power but i dont want to detinate the engine/turbo
what to do ?? HELP
want Phase 3.5 but how much is it all gonna cost considering the bits i already have.. and Regals site is poo
Cheers for any info.. (and yes i am thinkin of NOS on a progressive controller, but only a 55-75shot)

I dont think NOS is a good idea if you want to stay away from detonation
Use NOS to cool your FMIC
Get a chargecooler
Get metal boost pipes, enlarged plenum arp bolts ceramic/omega pistons
IMO not that that stands for much I reckon ure pretty set for phase 3.5 with the above. I think their kit includes the price of the FMIC which u already have oh and things like bigger injectors and a fuel pump
Well thats my understadning anyways

cheers Jambo...
heres the full list of stuff going on under the hood
High Torque Cams
EDS Phase 2
9 L intercooler (thats what it says in the feature)
bailey dumpvalve
samco hoses
Regal Straight through zorst (although i dont think it is.. anup was tellin fibs there)
coscast head
Hybrid Turbo
then
uprated clutch
lightened and balanced flywheel
motorsport driveshafts (M-Tec im guessin)

i will tell you what it would do Dom...
BRRRUMMMMMMMM TTIIISSSSSSHHHHH
BANG
DEAD.....
maybe get a T78 on there, and a 200shot of NOS.. that should get rid of the turbo lag from the T78 and when thats spooled up.. it will suck in small animals, the headlights, the bumper.. and maybe a passing plane

dude i nearly pissed myself
but still, atleast you'll have fun though eh? and its sure better than getting in debt from getting a degree, getting some 9-5 shitty job to pay back that debt, have a few kids, get old and begin to piss yourself and then drop dead on the loo whilst trying to squeeze one out

ehy i want some more power out of my astra steve, seen a phase 4 chip with 5th injector came so close to getting it, think my eninge wud take it part from the turbo wud need to be bigger! then was told i wud need steel con rods which is the only thing the engine didnt have done and that means taking whole engine apart i think so gonna stick how it is, 280bhp must be mental in a corsa is mad enough in astra - love the let power

Iaz.. you will get soo used to the power then crave more soon enough
so wait for a bit and used to it, then order up Phase whatever you can afford.. hell yeah
your LET has already got the Pistons n all the other bits DAMN YOU.. it wouldnt be that hard to get the steel rods in there... just time consuming. then you can whack any Phase chip you want
DO it dude.. i wanna see the post..

hehe wud loe that, only had the car on road for 3 days and been looking for new parts to get more power since, could not belive how easy it was to get used to, not really scared me yet the power! was silly in the wet tho, will have to look into getting steel rods, only thing the engine is missing really, if i knew a single thing bout engines i wud have a go myself, dont think it involves fibreglass so i wont try it - hehe

How much you want to Spend is how much u can have......
i could real off a massive list of things but its all about money
Steel robs, steel Crank etc etc
If i was you i would make a sold strong bottom end and then the rest can be bolted on as and when.....
this is a Picture of a Proven RR 750bhp LET
its all about the pennys

Depends how much engine security you want really.
In one breath though your saying you have a kkk26 turbo which is an awesome turbo and can happily handle phase 4.
Then you say its just a hybrid.......
Can you confirm which turbo you have?
ARP bolts are a good idea and low compression pistons as this will help for future further tuning.
The other thing worth considering is oil spray bars which keeps everything cool.
