on a similiar note, my friend got reversed into reversing out of his grandmas drive, there are two drives that go onto the same place, by a kid in a saxo vtr. Anyway this kid admited it was him and told him to get a quote for it and sort it. 3 month later after paying nearly 400 quid for a bumper fitted and sprayed, (cost so much cos it was a special edition 306) the kid says that it wasn't his fault and he wasn't paying up. Since my mate has no proof as he didn't get him to write it down or anything and it happened on private land, there is nothing he could do. So basically hes skanked my mate out of 400 quid. The kid didn't want to go through insurance at the time as he is 18 and had an accident before so already paying 3 grand. What makes it worse is he has lexarse lights on it.
Anyway any ideas for revenge? at the moment its looking like water pistols filled with paint stripper.

just reading through this thread, basically you have shot yourself in the foot by bringing the police into it, we all know they are a useless bunch of twats that wont do anything unless you have proof of the wankers doing it, now if you even touch him he would have a case against you as

1-you went round his house which makes it look like you are being agressive

2- You have a motive

forget the money, let it die down for a couple of months, then go back with a vengence, get them all when tthey least expect it, and cover your ass, hurt them, but dont let them know it was you. Be covert!

Cheers will do, If i cnt get any money tho , ill probably have to sell the car and get something a little older as I can only just about keep it on the road and in petrol. Thats why I decided to get the police involved - I need the money lol

But in summer, I wont need to go anywhere near the town in which he lives - and ill have pissed off to uni, so I can sort something out in summer
