i would be looking just to have gsi type of power bit more maybe because its got 18ns, i want to keep the 18ns on it becuase they look really good, but also like my speed, any suggestions...........

IF you want a cost effective engine conversion and be "different" then get a 2L8v 20SEH engine, 130BHP
Can pick them up for £50 with a gearbox
could have it all in for under £200
You'd have good power, and at a very good cost, the engines are virtually bomb proof and just keep going.
Don't get mixed up with the 20ne which is only 115BHP.

Yeah Ade's one that ATC was developing. The engine's been stripped and he's moved to 16v head now, the logical next step I guess.
Turbo's suck anyways.
But then and again any engine inducition set does.
Unfortunately you can't have your cake and eat it, there' snot really a good way to make 18's and fast go together on a corsa. the cheapest way to do it, is an unprated clutch and 50shot of nitrous, purely from the torque gain you get from it.

I'd rather scratch build one personally for the same money as a LET goes for I can have a 330BHP 2L turbo built up, this is only provided you have the know how, and almost all LET's need a rebuild these days anyways, start with a bare 20XE
