As some of you may know I've got a passenger seat the now in my drivers position...

So had 2 drivers seats left As i had bought a full interior as spares..

1 drivers seats the bolsters were fucked, other one the middle bit was peppered with spot burns..

Took the one with shitty bolsters apart and took the material off the bottom part in one whole bit.

Removed the metal from underneath and the cardboard from round edges, missus stiched the hole in bolster up.
Slipped whole bottom half over the other seat. fits nice and tight and is really comfy as has 2 covers really....

So i think i will put this proper drivers seat in car now..????

I was quite impressed how good it went on..

bottom not stapled on yet either

few pics..

1 stripped drivers seat

this bit off old seat.

fitted to this one

now got

what you all think? think i should use it or sell it??

Good work, I done same on that BMW 325i I had, bought a recaro interior with nackered drivers bolster & snapped frame for £20 and fixed it using the old crap seats frame & material from the door pockets

No point selling it cos you wont get much for it, either put it in or keep it as a spare
