brought 17's b4 christmas. went off down the ring road car started shaking (felt through steering wheel) at 50mph. told tyres wernt balanced. had tyres balanced and didnt solve problem.

recently noticed both front tyres are worn more on the inside. could it be tracking?

hows the camber on the front wheels?


if the tops are sitting in this cud be the prob

tyres may be out of shape?brake disc wharped,bad balancing,or common prob i get is buckled wheel,felt more on low profile rubber

have the wheels got the correct spiggot rings in mate?? mine does exactly the same, at same speed !!! lol . i need spiggot rings from demon tweeks (£27 mate ) lol

uneven wear could mean the tracking, but it sounds like its someting else due to the shaking wheel

As above spigot rings can cause this as the wheel does not fit flush on the hub!

But could be tracking but unlikely!

the tops arent in so cant be camber. also the car isnt lowered.

do the wheels need to sit dead on the hubs because their is very slight play when you offer up the wheels to the hubs.

i bought the wheels new so i shouldnt have a buckled wheel.

Sounds like you need spigot rings tbh, if your saying it wobbles on the hub..

found a company on ebay that may be able to supply me with spigot rings but i need to know;


Centre hole diameter in mm measured from rear?????????????????????

just get them from demon tweeks, just tell them the make, and what car you have, and they wil have the correct size for tht model
