how can i get the ICV firstly, and then secondly how can i do it considering that the torx bolt circled in red is threaded 
....
- btw i've ran a search on removing it but can't find it for my 1.2 16v only for C20XE and it isn't in haynes 
well at least not under the name Idle Control Valve.
