Well to get realt chrome, u need to electro plate them. Something you wont beable to do your self.
You could just polish to a shine. Or pay some1 to do the chroming for you.
Spray chrome stuff will go dull or flake off.

Chrome bits yourself
Andy unless you own a nickel and electro plating business you wont be able to.
Its much easier to give to someone reliable who wil possibly spend a few hours striping your rocker cover, plating etc and getting perfect with no imperfections.
Its not easy to get it 100% perfect without pitting and it 100% smooth finish!

If your want your cover shiny like mine then buy a polisher, or bench polisher and take about 5 hours and you will get it like mine!!
Its the easiest way, chrome rocker cover is about £80 exchange

You don't DIY electroplating, unless you want to invest thousands in specialist equipment.
