I'm running a group buy on MiGweb for mintex M1144 & M1155 Fast road brake pads. If anyone is interested then please post your name up here and the type you require. I can get corsa, 256mm ATE, Trubo or V6 pads. Prices to be confirmed and depends really on how many people are interested.

what temp can they run at?

M1144's are fast road pads and begin to fade arround 450 degrees centigrade.

M1155's are competition pads and opperate best at between 550-600c.

Can also get hold of M1177 race pads which produce the same friction levels as the M1155, although these begin to fade at 900c.

I got prices from mintex, currently the best they will do is:


Mintex C-Tech MDB1386 [M1144 Compound] (vaux 256mm ATE) = £70
Mintex C-Tech MDB1683 [M1144 Compound] (calibra/cavalier turbo ATE 1990 to 1995) = £70
Mintex C-Tech MDB1813 [M1144 Compound] (vectra V6/calibra turbo ATE 1995 to 1998) = £80

Price will go down depending on numbers, got a few maybes from mig. I know they are not cheap but they are a good bit cheaper than the rrp.
