I picked up the engine on friday and want to fit it now...
The mounts are sorted, what else do i need to get now?
Is it right that I can use my 1.2 shafts with mk2 cav inner CVs? Or is that just a "myth"
Ive got the 2.0 shafts here, ive heard about machining the hubs but wouldnt no where to take them and what to get done to them!
Any help will be appreciated please!

1.2 shafts? And these shafts are going to fit into larger hubs?
I take it you remember that you need larger hubs?

1 Use the hubs from a 2.0/1.8 Cavelier/Astra/calibra and turn then down in a lathe to the exact same sizes as the original nova hub.
Make sure not to make the radiuses not to sharp. Use the original nova hub to copy all the dimensions.
Caution: The 2.0 hub is 3mm longer then the Nova hub.
Make sure you correct this when turning down the hub, otherwise your brake disc will touch the brake caliper, as the hub is 3mm more outside.
When changing the hubs the wheel bearing need to be changed as well. You can't get them of in one piece.
(These special hubs are available at M-tech as well).
When using the special hubs you'll need a spacer ring of 3mm between the CV joint and the bearing.
The drive shafts from the 2.0 must be shortened to the sizes 310mm and 660mm.
2 Let a local machine shop make completely new axles.
Got this off this site http://www.corsa-novatuning.nl/uk/PartsA.htm

people who have used shafts/hubs from cavs/whaetver normally run into problems, I dont know what exactly (i'm sure one of CS can tell us) but its alot of trouble.
If you invest your money into the proper hubs/shafts/mounts/sngsggnsdwhatever from people like M-tec (LMF stock their products) you are more likely to have a sound setup.

Ages? No idea, you should really ring up and find out first.
Plus you may save yourself some heartbreak by buying the "proper" bits, and money in the long run.

This is the way I was thinking! Will my 1.2 shafts hold up then or would u suggest shafts from a bigger engine?

i iant used none of the proper kits, welding our own engine mount :s and i machined the hubs myself in work, beaucse thats my job
and i can afford to go thro about 15 shafts and 15 sets of hubs before i've spent the same money as the other hubs and shfts lol. hope i odnt go thro that many tho.

Yeh I can make my own mount too...
Thats what i meant by cheaper in the long run, by the time youve broke that many shafts or hubs (if you do) it will take a good few to mount up to the £300 they are on cossvaux!
