if you wanted to wire up an LED which would come on when the washer fluid gets low. Im thinking going to a scrap yard and pulling apart some BMW bottles (as some latish models have these warning lights)- does anyone know how it works.

Get a washer bottle from a Mk III Astra GSi, they have level sensors in them so that thier MFD alerts you when you are low on fluid.

really, the orion! take it has to be the ghia model. Just had a look on maplins. TBH i think every car should have this as its illegal not to have fluid and very annoying when you need it most!!!

My Cav has this as standard, check warning lights.
